Gazing out over the Caribbean sea from atop a cliff at Cocobay Resort, Sheer Rocks is a bright, busy eatery that offers a full spread of dining options set against majestic views.
The scenery here is simply breath-taking, and the Mediterranean-inspired tapas and dinner menus feature seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. The icing on the proverbial cake? A lounge bar and daybeds.
Dennis Beach Bar and Restaurant
