Valley Church Beach is one of the more beautiful beaches located in South West Antigua. It’s a quiet beach nestled between more popular shoreline spots.
This pretty palm-lined beach has calm, shallow aquamarine waters of Lignum Vitae Bay and powdery white sand.
A large potion of Valley Church Beach is called The Nest which holds a one stop shop perfectly set up to mix your ambience of the beach with amenities. Watersport, food and drink, massages andrestrooms are available in one spot.

The Nest Beach Bar & Restaurant
The Nest Beach Bar & Restaurant is a comfortable oasis Located at Valley Church Beach. Grab yourself a huge bite of the authentic taste of Antigua there. For many years this family-run venue on their own little part of the beach has been a cornerstone beach restaurant. They even expand to a nearby location to accurate everyone in the busy season.
What type of cuisine do they offer?
You can’t go wrong trying one of their outstanding local meals for lunch or dinner. They offer fresh catch of the day and an extra special daily menu. Pizza, sandwiches, burgers and quesadillas and desert are easy to grab and go back to the beach as well. There’s also a good cocktail list not for the faint hearted.

Valley Church is a popular excursion for cruise-ship guests ..Most cruisers gather around popular beach restaurant the Nest, so if you’re looking for a quiet spot, head to the south end of the beach and you can still enjoy all the best parts of the beautiful beach.
Birds
Black birds love eating sea grapes and are a known resident of the trees on the beaches. You can hear them harmoniously amongst the trees or see them playing around.
They are great to look at for hours as well! If you like some simple bird watching of course.

If you are a nature lover, you’ll love this beach! Mangroves line Valley Church beach and can be seen as you drive into the beach.
